1. No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • The item does not fit (please check our size chart carefully before ordering)

  • The color looks different on screen (monitor settings vary)

  • The item was purchased by mistake

  • The item is no longer needed

Please read product descriptions, size guides, and reviews carefully before placing your order.

2. When We DO Accept Returns

We only accept returns if the item is:

  • Defective (manufacturing flaw)

  • Damaged during shipping

  • The wrong item was sent (different from what you ordered)

These claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Report a Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect, damage, or wrong item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.

4. Return Shipping Cost (for Approved Returns)

We will reimburse return shipping costs only after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please keep your shipping receipt.

5. Refunds (for Approved Returns)

  • We will issue a full refund (product price + original outbound shipping cost) once we receive and verify the returned item.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection.

  • The refund will be sent to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

6. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you want a different size or color, please place a new order on our website.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for any reason (except manufacturing defects):

  • Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear, socks)

  • Earrings or piercing jewelry

  • Perishable goods

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

8. Important Note for International Customers

We ship from China using China Post services (EMS, e-Packet, e-EMS, International Air/Surface Parcel). Return shipping can take 2–6 weeks and may be expensive. For low-value items, we may offer a partial refund or replacement without return instead of asking you to ship the item back.
