📦 Orders & Payment
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your size and color, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, go to your cart and follow the checkout steps. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ship them as fast as possible.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee any changes.
4. Will I be charged customs fees or import taxes?
For international orders, your local customs may charge import duties or VAT. These are not included in our prices. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
👗 Sizing & Fit
5. How do I find my correct size?
Please refer to our Size Chart on each product page. We also include detailed measurements (bust, waist, hip, length) for most items.
If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
6. The size I received doesn’t fit. Can I exchange it?
We do not offer direct exchanges due to international shipping costs.
If you need a different size, please return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the correct size.
7. Do your clothes fit true to size?
Most of our items fit true to Asian sizing, which can run smaller than US or EU sizes.
We always recommend checking the specific measurements in the product description before ordering.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
8. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most countries, including the United States, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and all countries listed in our country selector (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.).
9. How long does shipping take?
We ship from China via China Post services (EMS, e-Packet, e-EMS, etc.). Estimated delivery times:

10. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
We offer competitive rates through China Post.
11. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package on our website or directly on the carrier's site.
12. What if my package is lost or damaged?

Lost in transit: Please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged upon arrival: Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

For insured EMS shipments, we will help you file a claim.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
13. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or color differences due to monitor settings.

14. How do I return an item?
Contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.
15. Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item sent (our fault): We pay (reimbursement up to a reasonable amount).

For any other reason: returns are not accepted (please see question #13).
16. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
💡 Product Care & Information
17. How do I care for my clothing?
Most items should be hand washed or machine washed on a gentle cycle in cold water, and hung to dry. Please check the care label inside each garment for specific instructions.
18. Are your products true to the photos?
We try our best to display colors and details as accurately as possible. However, different monitor settings may cause slight color variations. We recommend reading the product description and checking all photos before ordering.
19. Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! If a popular style sells out, sign up for the "email me when available" notification on the product page. We restock based on demand.
