We offer reliable international shipping through China Post and partner carriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and selected service type.

💰 How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

Your final shipping cost depends on:

  1. Destination country

  2. Actual weight of the package (in grams)

  3. Dimensions – if any side exceeds 40cm, volumetric weight may apply (see below)

Volumetric Weight Rule (for EMS & e-EMS)

If any side of your package exceeds 40 cm, shipping will be charged based on the greater of:

  • Actual weight, or

  • Volumetric weight = (Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 6000

For e-Packet Priority (e.g., to USA), the divisor is 8000.

🔒 Insurance & Compensation

  • EMS shipments: Insurance available (optional, 0.8% of declared value). Lost/damaged insured items compensated up to declared value. Uninsured items compensated up to paid postage.

  • e-Packet & e-EMS: Compensation policies vary. Please contact us for details.

🚫 Restricted & Prohibited Items

We do not ship:

  • Explosives, flammable/ corrosive substances

  • Narcotics & psychotropic substances

  • Live animals

  • Obscene or politically sensitive materials

  • Items prohibited by Chinese customs, destination country customs, or UPU regulations

📋 Customs & Taxes (VAT/GST)

  • EU countries & UK: Import VAT may apply. For B2C orders valued under €150 (EU) or £135 (UK), VAT is typically collected at checkout. For higher-value orders, the recipient may need to pay VAT/customs duties.

  • Other countries: The recipient is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by their local customs.

We do not collect or pre-pay customs duties/VAT unless explicitly stated at checkout.

A: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?
A: For EMS insured packages, we will assist with the compensation claim. For uninsured packages, compensation is limited to the postage paid.

Q: Do you ship to PO boxes?
A: Yes, for most services except EMS to certain countries. Please check at checkout.
