Return & Refund Policy

ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order only for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong item received
- Significant quality defects

We do NOT accept returns for: change of mind, personal preference, size/fit issues, or items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed.

For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos.

Include: order number, photos of the issue, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
We respond within 1–2 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING
- Our error (defective, damaged, wrong item): we cover return shipping.
- All other cases: returns are not accepted.

REFUNDS
Full refund (product + original shipping) processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. Refunded to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank to process.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear, socks)
- Earrings or piercing jewelry
- Digital products or gift cards

EU CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

To withdraw: email service@ootd-studio.com within 14 days with your order number and withdrawal statement. Return items within 14 days of notifying us — unused, unwashed, tags attached
