Washing

Hand wash in cold water or machine wash on a gentle cycle. Turn the garment inside out and wash with similar colors using a mild detergent. For best results, place the garment in a laundry bag when machine washing.

Do Not

Do not bleach, soak for extended periods, scrub vigorously, or wring out. Avoid using fabric softener, as it may affect the fabric's elasticity and breathability. To preserve the fabric's stretch and shape, avoid high heat and vigorous friction.

Drying

Gently press out excess water — do not twist or wring. Reshape while damp, then lay flat or hang to dry in a cool, well-ventilated area. Do not tumble dry.

Ironing / Steaming

If needed, use a low-temperature steam iron. Iron on the reverse side at a low setting. Avoid high heat, as excessive temperature may damage spandex fibers and affect the fabric's elasticity.
